WHY PRE-ORDER?
Pre-ordering reserves your statue within the limited
edition produced.
We feel a “first-come-first-served” approach
is the only fair way to serve our customers. Once a statue has
been pre-ordered with Hard Hero you can be assured you will receive
your order once the items are ready to ship from our warehouse.
There will be no allocating items for any reason.
Once an edition is sold out, we will accept no further
orders. So to make sure you don’t miss out, place your
pre-order now.
Please Note : If you want to place a
standing pre-order for all statues in our Marvel series, please
let us know in the comments section of the online order form
(or by separate email, or by phone).
DO I NEED TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR MY PRE-ORDER NOW ?
No, we do not require that you make payment for your
statue/s when pre-ordering.
- Credit card orders are charged only when items are
ready for shipping.
- Paypal payments can be made at the time of pre-ordering,
or later when the product becomes available. To pay immediately,
select the “Payment by Paypal” option and you will
be directed to Paypal to log in and pay. To pay later, select
the “Paypal Later (Pre-orders)” option. When the
product is about to ship, you will receive an email from us
requesting payment.
- Orders with payment by check or money order will be
notified by email when the product is close to shipping, so
that payment may be sent in a timely manner.
“NOW SHIPPING”
When a product is updated to “Now Shipping” status,
please allow 10-15 working days for shipping of your pre-ordered
item(s). You will receive an email notifying you that your order
has shipped, along with a tracking number. Within the continental
United States, we ship via UPS Ground. Shipments to Canada are
sent via Air Parcel Post.
HOW DO I OBTAIN AN “EXCLUSIVE VARIANT”?
Some of the Marvel series may include“exclusive dealer variants”,
where the entire variant edition(100 editon)is sold to a specific dealer.
Please contact those exclusive dealers directly to
order the variant.
Artist Proofs of all Marvel series statues will be available
to customers for online ordering at Hard Hero until sold out.
